An education at The Highlands School is an important investment in your child’s future. At The Highlands School, students learn the skills and strategies needed to become successful, independent, confident learners.
Application/Screening Evaluation
Every applicant will be evaluated in phonological processing, decoding, fluency, spelling, comprehension, written language, and math computation.
$125 non-refundable fee.
Tuition for 2025-2026
GRADES K-2 – $21,000
GRADES 3-8 – $30,385
HOMESCHOOL EXTENSION – $15,000
PK3s and 4s – $5,500 for 3, 1/2 days, $8,500 for 5, 1/2 days; less a $1000 DISCOUNT for the INAUGURAL YEAR (2024-25)
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT – $1,500
The enrollment deposit is due with the Tuition and Enrollment Agreement and will be applied toward the annual tuition.

Tuition may be paid in a single payment or in installments through FACTS Tuition Management Company.
We offer 10-, 11-, and 12-month plans through the FACTS Tuition Management Company. The 12-month plan begins the beginning of June. The 11-month plan begins the beginning of July. The 10-month plan begins the beginning of August.

Other Options
In some cases the unreimbursed cost of attending a school is deductible as a medical expense if the principal reason for sending the individual to the school is to alleviate a neurological handicap such as diagnosed dyslexia or ADHD through the school’s resources.
The expenses of a special school that are deductible as medical expenses include amounts paid for lodging, meals, transportation, and the cost of ordinary education that is incidental to the special services the school provides. Also, any costs incurred for the supervision, care, treatment, and training of a physically and/or neurologically handicapped individual are deductible if the institution provides the services.
